I am starting to participate in a super fun blog post with a group of photographers. It is going to be a lot of fun and I am excited! We will be posting once a month and linking to others who are doing the same-about our personal lives. Surprisingly enough, photographers forget to photograph those in their own family!
As most know, I have a cat named Bensen. (she’s a girl..long story. lol) I am actually getting a new kitten today!! 😀 His name is, surprise… Nikon. I thought I was pretty creative, too. So, since I only have 2 willing models-myself, and my kitty, my posts will most likely be about me, myself, and my cats. And don’t worry, I am capping it at 2 cats.
I do plan on having human children someday…maybe if I can ever get over my insane love of sleep. So, onto more important matters. I decided that I wanted today’s blog post to be about some of the fun self portraits I have done lately. I love using my tripod and self timer and taking them. It will be so fun to show to my own kiddos someday.
Without further ado-
Everyone knows that all photographers are secretly superheroes. I didn’t wear my actual uniform because I didn’t want my true identity to be shown. But I can fly. I do it often.
Here is me and my mug. I like to drink water. Surprisingly, I am NOT a coffee drinker. Ever since I started eating healthy, I only like to drink water, and sometimes milk. Although I am trying to do goat’s milk-but that’s a different story. (So far, if I plug my nose when I drink it, I like goat’s milk!) This one was super fun to do. It took me a TON of tries. Since I was using my self timer and a tripod, I had to lean enough so it looked real in the photos-which included many shots of me falling down. I am glad I don’t post those online… 🙂
Here is a fun one I did today. Inspired by a photo I saw done by another photographer. I am having so much fun with these self portraits 🙂
