I was so excited to see this beautiful family again! We had such a great time and I got so many favorites from our session! As a Chesterfield Michigan Baby Photographer, one of the best parts of my job is seeing newborns grow up!
It was amazing how much he grew since I saw him last! We tried to do a fun before and after but sweet Nicolas wasn’t having it. Crying shots can be so much fun to look back on, though. Tips on Having a Great First Birthday Photoshoot
I’d love to share some tips on having a great time when you book a first birthday photography session. The first tip is to always make sure the baby is well fed. The best time to start is close after nap time, that is usually baby’s happiest time! Secondly, allow the photographer to direct your session. They usually will have a vision for your shoot and will have tricks on getting the most out of it. Discussing beforehand any shots you may love is a great idea, so they can get an idea of what you’d like before planning your session. Last but not least, have fun! It really shows when you are having a great time VS having forced smiles. These photos photos will be remembered in the years to come! You will want to look back fondly on the fun that was had!
I had such a hard time picking out the pictures for their sneak peek. My favorite was the one we did of little Nicolas flying away in the basket with his balloons! He sure loved being up in the air!
