It’s been my pleasure to have been photographing this beautiful family for the past 7 years! I have loved watching their kids grow up and develop their sweet personalities! This was the first year both kids liked me and didn’t make me work for their smiles-so that’s a win in my book! As a Bloomfield Hills Michigan Family Photographer it’s important to me to be able to capture these memories for my clients. Life is fleeting and passes by so quickly!

Capturing More than Smiles

I love to get smiles. I’m a photographer-what more could I want? But there really is more to it than just having client’s give me their best “cheese”. I like to capture the relationship in a family-and freeze these moments in time to be enjoyed forever. Being a photographer is more than clicking my camera’s shutter-it truly is an art! If my clients can look at their photos I’ve taken and remember how they felt with their children at this stage of life-then I’ve made art!

I always have trouble narrowing down for the M Family’s sneak peek! My absolute favorite was the “stackable humans” as I call it. We did this shot with them before and it was neat to see how much the kids have changed in just a few short years! You can see some of their other sessions if you’d like to see their changes below-

Santino | Rochester Hills Newborn Photos

Rochester Hills Newborn Photos

I was so excited to meet little Santino! He was the cutest baby boy with the best cheeks ever! We had such a great day and I loved talking with his family. I love working as a photographer specializing in Rochester Hills Newborn Photos! I’m pretty sure I really do have the best job! 🙂 I don’t get to photograph blonde babies very often, so it’s always a treat when I get to! Santino had such beautiful eyes and gave us some great shots looking right at my camera. It’s usually pretty rare that I get pictures of newborn babies that are awake, let alone who look right at me! He even gave us the cutest little faces. I had so many favorites from Santino’s newborn photography session! One of my favorites was the perfect little face he gave us while wrapped up and wearing the knitted aviator hat. I also loved the one with Santino in the “froggy pose”, which is when he has his hands under his chin and little toes showing. I mean seriously, is there anything cuter?? Finley | Brighton Newborn Photography

Brighton Newborn Photography

I was very excited to see Finley and his chubby cheeks when he came to my studio. It was amazing how good he slept! We were able to do so many fun props with him. It really makes specializing in Brighton Newborn Photography so much fun when babies are the perfect models for their session! He even had blonde hair, which I loved! I rarely get newborn babies with blonde hair at my sessions!

Incorporating Careers into Newborn Sessions

I always love working with Military families! I was raised as a military kid, and got to live all over the United States because of it! Finley’s mommy even brought a super cool scarf that looks just like the American flag and we were able to use it for some of his photos, too! Incorporating careers of any kind are always a fun add on for any of my newborn sessions!

So Many Favorites!

My favorite shots were definitely the one with Finley in his Daddy’s Marines hat! He even peed in his daddy’s hat right when we were done doing the shot, too! I also really loved Finley in the knitted fox hat-I mean could he be any cuter?? I’m looking forward to editing the rest of his newborn session. River | Royal Oak Newborn Photos

Royal Oak Newborn Photos

I was so excited when I saw River, he had the cutest face and a head full of hair! He was the perfect model and looked so cute in all the props I photographed him in. I love specializing in Royal Oak Newborn Photos because of all the babies and families I get to meet.

I really do have the best job! One of the best parts about photographing babies is getting to photograph their siblings! You can check out the newborn photography session of his other twin brothers by clicking here! It’s amazing how much he looks like both of his brothers. They loved holding little River and were so gentle with him. I loved capturing the relationship they had with him!

River was such a great sleeper for his session and never woke up once during his session. I had so many favorites that it was hard to narrow down what to post!

I’d probably have to say my favorite was of him in the wooden moon prop with the hat. He even gave us a sweet little smile while he was sleeping on the bed. Rocco | Birmingham Mi Newborn Photos

Birmingham Mi Newborn Photos

I had so much fun meeting this sweet little guy. And how cool is his name? I love it! I really enjoyed doing these Birmingham Mi Newborn Photos and we got such a great variety! Rocco was the best little sleeper for his session and I loved working with him!

Big Sisters!

I was excited to see this beautiful family again. I photographed one of Rocco’s sisters as a newborn and it was amazing how much they look alike! Be sure to check out her newborn photography sneak peek by clicking here! Photographing siblings is one of my favorite things about my job. I love capturing their connection and love. Rocco has the best big sisters, ever!

I had so many favorites from this newborn photography session! I especially loved the closeup of Rocco’s sweet face-look at those eyelashes! It was definitely hard to narrow down for this sneak peek. One of my other favorites was with the twig basket. We were able to use the cute wallpaper in his nursery as the background and it was the perfect touch!
