Charlotte|Rainbow Baby|Ann Arbor Michigan Newborn Photographer

Charlotte is a very special little lady. She is a rainbow baby.  A rainbow baby is a baby born after a loss. A rainbow follows a storm and it gives hope that things get better. It was great because I shared this image on my Facebook fan page and it has had so much great response! It’s even been featured on some national websites as well! It’s so wonderful that so many people could relate to this. I was so happy to be able to celebrate a new life after such a sad time. If you look closely, you’ll notice the rainbow is upside down.  The rainbow comes from heaven to earth (red by heaven, violet by earth) to show God’s faithfulness. Here I chose to have it start from earth to Heaven to show a receiving of God’s faithfulness. I chose a gray fur rug to represent a gray and cloudy sky. Beauty can always come from storms!

It was so fun to see how much her big brother loves his new sister! I photographed Cameron as a newborn too! You can see how much they look alike by seeing his photos here! I had so much fun photographing beautiful Charlotte!
